I thought since y’all were interested in the Electric Vehicle article, you’d love looking at these old gas guzzlers. Most of us grew up with them and really loved them. I hope you enjoy looking at these as much as I did.

Yep! And at my age, I intend to stick with 'them that bring me' , or dance with my date! You know at 87 Years and counting, I don't think electric cars have much promises to offer me. If younger, just maybe, but not now. Just Sayin....RJS

I’m surprised none of them had ( not recommended) what a guy told me about when looking at an old classic car for a buddy to get pictures etc before he came to see it.

The guy drove it around with me in it. We opened hood etc. all that. He said “you know what we used to always have at drive in”. I’m like no? He said “ we used washer fluid reservoir for whiskey and had a tube up under dash to fill our coffee cups”.

He said the cops never could figure out where our whiskey was at in the cars.

Nuts I remember most of those! LOL My First car was a 54 4 door Belair. 6 cyl 235 one barrel "Slush Box" 2 speed automatic. Ran on a lot of curse words, sweat, and some gas. LOL Got it in 63. First owner babied it and the Second changed the oil once in a year. LOL My dad's Motor Manual and I got to know each other real good. LOL

I’ll never own an electric car RJ. I’ve ridden in friends cars and I don’t give a hoot about them. The only electric vehicle I’ve ever enjoyed riding in is a golf cart. Fore!

You saw the Chrysler with the auto shifter on the steering wheel and the dash didn’t you Kerry? I knew about the dash but not the steering wheel. I didn’t know about the radio button 🔘 on the floor.
