Wondering how everyone's doing this year ice fishing and depths on the lakes. I live by paddock lake. Looking for new lakes to try also. I've went to camp, eagle, silver lake last year. Did ok on eagle lake lot of perch.

Welcome Jeremy,
I haven’t been out yet, but hope to soon. The reports I have heard are typical, the perch and walleyes are within 3’ of the bottom near green vegetation, so fish above them. The crappies are suspended in the same areas, sometimes 5-6’ below the ice. The green vegetation is the key (as always). Good luck!

Good mornin', jeremy, welcome to the Forum. It's always good to have another Badger on board.

Hi Jeremy, welcome. You are by Paddock lake off Hwy. 50? I don't get out to fish much but what can you catch in Paddock lake? I have fished on lake Geneva a few times during summer but never caught much. You have to go out early before the boaters and jet skis come out. I never fished during the off season but it's a big lake. Something worth catching must be in there.
