If it was really Bad JAR might have Beach Houses where he lives inland. But no way anyone wants millions of coastal people and everything else to really get submerged.
Earth Quake on San Andreas Faultline is where some of the predictions were that huge portions of the West Coast could break away and fall into ocean. Just remember though most beaches are shallow. Visualize how far out at sea ( deep canyons) where the other jigsaw cookie cutter would have to break away so the land could fall off the western mainland.
Coincidence that tonight Atlantis was on discovery here showing how a huge volcano blew the place up with tsunamis and earthquake
