So what is your go to place when not on the water to let your soul catch up with the rest of your body?

For me I can just pull up a chair and stare out across the farmers field and get so loss in thought.

I like to take a hike in the woods, find a comfortable blow down, take a seat and just watch what’s going on.

Good one PB,
If I can’t get to the water, I head for the woods to witness what was put out there for us to enjoy.

Good mornin, plum. I just like to go out on my patio, with Alexas, a can of Miller Lite, listen to the water fall. look at the fish in the ponds, listen to the frogs croak, and look at the flowers. I can't get enough of those. It's my evening ritual.

Thank you, plum, have a good day.

Interesting question. I carry a rigged rod in my vehicle at all times, so if I'm not fishing to relax , I can be in a matter of minutes. If I can't get out of the house, you probably find me in the kitchen. I love to cook, so I can always stay out of trouble there. If I'm overstocked with ready to eat ill just pour three fingers of bourbon and head for my rod shop or my tying bench.

For me, I take Kodi (BlackDog) out to one of the many hiking trails. Sometimes I cut him loose, (Off leash) and let him have fun romping through the woods. We pretty much do this everyday, not just Sunday.

Today its pizza and wings and Football!

I hope and pray all of you have a Blessed and Wonderful day!

Gmon Y'all. I've got Chylo to play with my view of the Mtn n easy access to the backroads. The ones we take every day weather permitting. Yesterdays ride we enjoyed seeing over 20 deer. Couldn't keep Chylo quite long enough to get a pic. Every deer was super dark. Feeding up for the storm. 2 out of the 3 groups we saw was in peoples yards 👍👍

Last night, cold, crisp, clear night. Out back and look up at the stars and the moon. Chilly but peaceful!
During the day I'll hike through the Reservation but usually see too many people. Found a nice woods out back of Florham Park Tennis club yesterday and walked around there...quiet was nice.

Check your spam box first, whenever you start missing any normal email. Sometimes I find replies there, sometimes the daily digest. I think it has to do with the servers that filter and distribute our email.
