Those of us in the VA medical system, here is a heads up. My wife's aunt who lives in Virginia sent me a new ball cap, see picture. I wore it to my last appointment and was pleasantly surprised. I found myself actually being heard and listened to. Not just the next in line. We'll see. You guys in Virginia may have a different experience. Good luck.

I saw WWP button on it so figured it was for Veteran Affairs. Maybe I'll find one here with PA on it. I'll take a look 👍👍🇱🇷🇱🇷

My neighbor has nothing but GOOD LUCK at VA in PDX. He has had many surgeries etc. he prefers it big time over any private hospitals and he never has to pay anything. I hear tons of complaints but when I tell him about them he always says he never has any issues there. Many other buddies just use insurance and won’t go there.

Here it’s part of OHSU which is like one of top 3 hospitals in US for some of it’s work.

The Wounded Warrior Project button was my own addition. May have had an a/effect . It was positive either way.

My best buddy has a plate frame on back of his truck that says old guys rule. He went to VN on a Navy Grey Cruise Ship he always says. Won’t go on a pleasure Cruise with us.
