The area you want is at the eastern end of the Canyon - the Marble Canyon/Lee's Ferry area is where
you'll want to be for trout ! In case you're not aware, there is a bounty
of $33/fish on any/all brown trout
over six inches caught between the Glen Canyon/Lake Powell dam and
the inflow of the Paria River ! Some stretches of the river may have
special fly-fishing regs, so check before you go !

This is a joint program between
the US Forest Service and
Arizona Game & Fish Dept.,
so contact either one for details ! There may be some relevant info
on the F & G website, as well !(www.azgfd.com)

ยก No problemo ! From one Al to another, EH ? You will also be
a short distance from Lake
Powell, as well !

Good lake for smallmouth and stripers, I'm told, but haven't had
a chance to fish it, yet ! The
person/member you may want
info from is Jim Sargent, as he
is pretty familiar with that area !

Safe travels E.pa.a. Plenty of good tips. If into photography, might want to reach out to the closest camera club for some specifics. Also, if time permits, check out the Sycamore Canyon which is SE of the Grand.
