Mechanical install on track. Initial adjustments made
All is good
Except we have a controls team who has never integrated a robot before .
Problems right out of the gate.
Exactly as I as cm used my managers 6 monthts ago

You found out he is 70 tonight? Really is Willie or hates being called that?
Well that grass in his pocket may be the secret to his success.
Burning Hay helps some people focus and keep their cool in a stressful situation.
I have worked in some industries that the guys and gals that did what they do on their free time ran circles around some people that were dumber than the papers used to roll the joints.
I lose patience around dumb folks rather quickly.
Good Luck Ben I hope your mission and goals are achieved. I know darn well TEAMWORK will always win.

I tried training some people in every industry I worked in and some were just not possible. I think it is sad when some people strictly just want a paycheck. They do not put their heart into their work. Some are just plain dumb but many just don't care.
My Father instilled in me to do your work professionally whatever the task at hand is. Research and ask questions. Don't do shabby work because it will need to be done again. It is not that hard to do thing properly but you have to have the will to do so many just don't care about anyone but themselves.

That's true Jeremy. I worked for big construction co. We installed main water n sewer lines on huge jobs. For awhile we had a great crew. Then they started switching people. Too many had the idea that once we backfilled nobody could see it. I told them I can see it now do it right. Going back for a screw up after a development or mall was finished was a pain. Then we other utilities in there blacktop n concrete to deal with. They just didn't care. Pride in your work isn't as valued as it once was. We are a dying breed brother. 🇱🇷🇱🇷
Worked on oil furnaces before I retired and tried to train many people. One requirement when the job was done was you had to fill out a tag with your name on it. Tried to explain to the idiots that once you signed it you were responsible for anything that happened. Many times I just could not get that into their heads. Most of them no longer work in the industry
Man, that could turn into a large pile of scrap. I hope there are instructions somewhere in all that. Good luck! Just Sayin....RJS
