Has anyone here ever bought a reel off Wish.com?
Has anyone here ever bought a reel off Wish.com? What was the quality?
yes bought one and it had a problem making a Clunking noise. Contacted Support about it and they returned credit ot my card. Thightned the bottom jam nut and it was good form then on. Bought the same one for a friend and thightned the jam nut on his before giving it to him. Both work good. Bought a "Fish Finder" rod and reel and used it a lot. Had to replace the tip on one section before it broke, NP. Some years later gave it to my brother in law, he loves it.
Now having said that, check the reel out on line before buying for the true specs on the reel. Also be sure and check how much shipping cost is before clicking the Buy in checkout.
I have used Wish for about 6-7 years now. I believe that a lot of the stuff is Factory Seconds, but that is just my opinion. Have NOT had a problem with any of their 4 strand braid.
You get what you pay for. How many times have you paid out in time and money is up to you.
Bought a reel advertised as an Okuma. Received a Chinese reel that may have been worth 20% of what I paid. If I wanted to return it for a refund, they required me to send it to China at my expense even though the shipping address was New Jersey. Saving grace was that I paid for it with PayPal. Will not fall for Wish ads again.

Isn't Wish part of Amazon?
No they are not.
I've had bad experiences with them coming back into my bank account, hitting me up with small withdrawals I didn't authorize hoping I wouldn't notice. I had to close my bank account to stop them!
I've looked at Wish but never bought anything. I've sure seen some Shimano Calcutta reels on Ebay that I would gladly plop down the cash for if they were in front of me but I can't find it in me to send the money to Japan.
Like P.T. Barnem & Bailey said,
There's a sucker born every day...
One last thing. O always use PayPal when shopping on line.
Bought some items from wish, won't do it again. Items are like knock offs of a knock off. The pictures are much better than the item. Good luck.

Bought a men's watch from Wish. They added a charge for a woman's watch. Received men's watch. Had watchband unique to watch. Too small for my wrist. Never received woman's watch. Expensive lesson. .....RUN.

Should have contacted their support. Every time I had a Problem they have fixed it or refunded my credit charge. They will want a picture of the item from your phone/computer.

They know what the men's watch looks like. Don't feel I should pay postage to China. A pictured would not prove the non-receipt of the women's watch.
Don't do it, wife got a laptop from them, and it's trash. have to hook a keyboard to it to even use it. the keyboard on the laptop, you push one letter, and get a different one. a mess.
Even if you go through PayPal, they sell your information then you start to miss small amounts of less than reaccuring charge every month, and you can't stop it unless you close out your accounts and start over..
Go ahead!
