Well guys
had a mediocre day tagging striped bass with the department of Fisheries yesterday. Even though I caught a 37" & 38" . we usually pin about 80 to 100 fish. only got 22 bass and 26 blues. still it was a beautiful day to be on the water and away from work. I kept 3 blues to make smoked bluefish pate.

Looks like a good time away from work. Is that a rip in the background of the picture of Charlie and Dave or were you in some semi protected area fishing?

Good Times, got stationed on a cutter out of Boston, then rescue station at Cape Cod, coming from Wyoming I was amazed at the fishing and hunting in Mass. and the great people there that took me and showed me β€œthe ropes” so to speak…..tight lines
