Looked at you manual.
Under maintenance there are instructions about calibrating the screen.
There is a section about software updating.
There is a section about backing up data which you should do before a reset.
Go to settings and bottom of the list is the reset. This will clear everything.
There is a service report feature to help get some diagnostic help.
Make sure you aren’t in a simulator mode.
Maybe something will help. Nice unit.
Thanks Jwid, I’ve tried the “resets” to no avail. Will be putting it in the water on Wednesday so we’ll see if that makes a difference in trying to figure it out…🐟on
