Watch for RJ's stories, he tells us they're true, read for yourself and see what you think.

Where is RJ from, I see quite a few different RJ's listed

Thanks, that's a great Tip! (keep em coming!) I was just wondering about that as I noticed when I was replying to different people on here that my reply didn't seem to be sticking to the person I was replying to and found myself looking for the replies I just wrote!! Thanks again, really appreciate the help!

You're welcome, it helps keep us old folks from getting confused,,,,,,,,,,a little.

Mary, What kind of fishing are you and the professor going to do?

Also where else would be a good and safe place to fish with a pontoon boat?
Any place you know of we could possibly do some saltwater fishing as my husband actually prefers saltwater fishing.
But I recon pontoons aren't meant to go in places like that are they!?

There are quit a few pontoons in the Cooper, Wando and Ashley Rivers. I wouldn't go past the jetties in one. There are a lot of good saltwater fishing around the harbor for you to do.

Hello everyone, My name is Mary Anne and my husband (The Professor) and I just bought our 2nd boat. First boat the Professor and I bought was an Arriva. More like a sporty boat not really a fishing boat, and only fished off of it once. Someone had named our previous boat "Bad News" and unfortunately that is all we got from it every moment we interacted with that boat!! The boat We just bought is a 2003 Fishing Barge 21 pontoon boat. No other names were attached to this boat, that we know of! We are excited to be rid of our old boat "Bad News" and are looking forward to cruising Lake Moultrie and Lake Marion on our 3 hour tour. After 20 years of marriage we just started fishing together! We are hoping for some long over due "Good News" (where boats and fish are concerned) to start following us!
Hello everyone, My name is Mary Anne and my husban... (show quote)

Welcome to the Forum, Mary Anne. It sounds like you will fit in just fine, and we do love pictures. Any pictures will work. I have even sent in pictures of beer cans. We are pretty simple people.

Welcome to the stage. I hope you have good luck in fishing and boating. Pontoons are great boats for both.
