Well I made a second annual trip to Henry’s Lake, Idaho in search of large cutthroat. I didn’t connect with any this time. Not sure if the heat warmed up the water. Didn’t see as many boats out on the lake as last year.
Then I fly fished on the fabled Henry’s Fork of the Snake a couple mornings. All I could come up with were a couple small ones. Had to go back to Montana to catch a decent trout, ha!
All in all it was a fun, beautiful and smoky camping trip!

Catching fish is only a small part of fishing, bric. You know that.

Great photos and comments regarding your trip adventure in Idaho! As mentioned...catching is certainly fun, but just "being" outdoors and surrounded by such majestic scenery is where your soul can really get refreshed!
