After reading up a bit on the flour-coated copolymer line, it appears to give great strength, low memory, improve casting distance, and increase abrasion resistance. I could only find one review that mentioned the near invisibility of the line. I imagine, just as you cant use the strengths of corrugated cardboard, and glue, to make an arch bridge that will support the weight of an automobile, (The mechanical engineering class at the university I attended successfully pulled that one off), combining the fluorocarbon, and copolymer, if done correctly, could create a product that utilizes the strengths of both materials to make a product that is better than either the fluorocarbon, or copolymer on their own. I am not a chemist, and have to extrapolate some, based on info I research. I am an electrical engineer. We did have to take courses on statics-strengths of materials, and so understand the theories behind using different materials to make things stronger than the individual elements. you would be ammazed at what you can create with toothpicks, and Elmer's Wood Glue (LOL)
