Aussie Quickie Knot

Hi Guys,
First, I like to experiment with new knots, always looking for the one I can tie the quickest and easiest. I thought I’d try the Aussie Quickie. I have used the double uni and Alberto knot. I thought I’d try the Aussie and then the fg.
The vids I’ve seen on the Aussie always have the leader wrapping the mainline. Shouldn’t it work as well or even better wrapping the braid over the leader? Seems like the braid should bite in better to the fluorocarbon.
Anyway, thought I’d give it a try.
Anyone have experience with this knot?

Looks like an Alberto knot tied backwards.

Not only looks like backwards Alberto but my thinking is wrapping the braid mainline, as in Alberto, usually being smaller diameter than the fluorocarbon leader would give a thinner knot don’t usually want thicker knot to accomplish same thing…..I also don’t always think right…

I do like the Alberto. Basically an Albright with a few turns back to the loop. Ties easy and fits through the guides like it's not there.

No experience, but sure would be easy to tie. I'm looking forward to replies about this.......

Like it too and seems to go through guides the best of all I’ve tried, just tied our tuna rods with the “improved” Alberto. Couple extra times through end, maybe no stronger but can clip tags closer
I use it on 4 lb leaders to tuna fishing, but learned it by looking up and experimenting with different knots nothing wrong with learning

Much like the toilet bowl going the other way south of the equator. Albright is reversed down there I guess.
