Water Surface Temp From 74 to 55. What to do?

Here in SE KY the water at my little lake (it’s a little manmade state managed lake of 32 acres) has went from late summer temps, mid to upper 70s, straight to early winter temps, mid 50s, and very cold weather heading this way. There were only a couple days, if a week, of water temps in the 60s. There are giant bass in it and according to KDFWR, the best place in SE KY for a chance at a state record largemouth. Our seasons changed so fast, it was blinding. Went from catching fish to barely getting a nibble. I find them on my fishfinder, but nothing. 2 weeks before, it was nothing but net. What’s the best way to compensate and what do the fish do? Same as in the spring when water is 55 degrees? Need some help here.
