66 here and light rain now with a nice electrical storm passing through. We are getting some much needed rain and a nice light show as a bonus. 90 and humid predicted later…ugh!
I hope those flounder cooperate!

Good luck. Did you stay there overnight or drive super early this morning? I may hit Island Beach today.

Sitting here having some breakfast. Brother and I fished the front beach for about 2.6 hours. I got one solid hit on my first cast ,,then nothing. Bob picked 2 shorts to my north. Tide bottomed out so we're off til around 1pm, then back at them. Have fun on IBSP

G-afternoon knuckleheads. 92 and humid today. Bear and I hit a good bass spot early this a.m. We did catch fish. All but one bass that Bear caught was too small. We both lost one that was probably bigger than 16 inches. They snapped the line. May have to go to 6lb test.
