Big Annemessex River.

Hello fellow anglers. I have recently bought a kayak and I am looking to fish Big Annemessex River. I have fished around Tangier Sound and smith Island but from bigger boat and mainly Chesapeake side. I’m curious about what to expect? Are there drop offs, ledges, are there flats? Grass flats or sand? Any flounder, reds,trout? Anything else around worth trying? Where can I launch from?
