Thanks for sharing. That is pretty darn near exactly how I have cooked Lingcod OZ. Do not want to overcook Lings. She said she makes homemade bread crumbs. Never said you gotta let the bread dry or toast it to dry it. Good basic recipe for Shore(the place to eat it).

I use planko bread crumbs but very close to the way I prepare for the Air Frier, 18 min at 375 they come out almost like fried but no oil involved.

Nice variations on recipe that they list below.
I just bought an air fryer so guess I'll try it in there. Ivey says 375 for 18min?

I cook them for 10 min. on one side then flip them for the other 8, don't really know if the flip is necessary. Just don't crowd them and they turn out great.
