Hi CBD Maybe these pictures will help you. Top is a tube jig. middle plain hook use with or w/o slip sinker bottom stand up jig head. If you look close at tube jig you'll see where tie eye come out.

I'm also gonna try some on a Shakyhead this year, for when you need to rig them weedless.
