Welcome to the Forum, Granddad, Enjoy those grandkids, they are Great! We will help you but you will have to help us help you.
How old are they?
Boys, girls?
Have they fished before?
Do they have rod & reels?
Does their mother or dad fish?
Where are you going to take them?
What kind of fish do you want to catch?
Any other questions you may want to be answered?
Let us have it!
Welcome to the stage grandad. first and foremost remember you're making memories with them grandkids 👍
Wow! I sure didn’t expect replies this quickly. Thanks guys. I fish with two of my middle school grandsons on the Black River in South Haven. So far on the south pier, inside the pier and lakeside. Then we fish about half a mile up river. This time of year we are trying to catch Coho and steelhead.
My older grandson and I tied our first spawn sacks tonight. We didn’t have any magic string, so I hope they stay on our hooks.
