Welcome. 'bout the only thing you'll catch on Chatfield is skiers, wakeboarders, & jet skis. Yeah, I know, they're supposed to have their own part of that tiny little reservoir. How's that workin' out for fishing? I'll pass.

Hello Linda haven’t fished there in a few years but when I did I fished at the mouth of the river using (spin cast) salmon eggs on a #14 treble about 36 inches place a Florescent bobber weighted (12”above your hook) with just enough small split shot to sink your bait. I found rainbows this way. Good luck!
