Did you fish off the Illinois shore? Or Wisconsin?
Did you catch any King Salmon?

There should be a bounty placed on these birds like they did on crows years ago. Cormorants are decimating our fish!

Did you see the link I posted to the ODNR. They are looking for the public’s opinion on the situation. And are trying to formulate a plan. Make sure you let them know what you think. It’s the only way we may get some action.

I love that!! The hunted become the hunter.
I want to know where I can fish Lake Erie in my Kayak to find the local trophy Fish. I'm reading up on Walleyes, and they are a nocturnal feeding fish it seems; I'm up for that. Also, what else can I fish around here, Steelhead, Perch? Just pulled into Fairview for 5 weeks.
Let's go fishing...

If you want to catch eyes read the Erie times outdoor report it has good info and call Poor Richard's bait and tackle they can give you some info, also try Fish USA THEY ARE BIG INTO KAYAK FISHING
Steel head won't pick up till late August mid September at the earliest. Perch has been miserable the last few years no one reporting on even fishing for them. Eyes can be caught 40 to 60 FOW, BUT that is trolling. Call the places I mentioned above they can lead you in the right direction
TIGHT LINES

Send me a private message I’ll give you a location in Erie you can get to in your yak. And can catch walleyes!! Also there are a few inland lakes in this area that have walleye. Got done decent info for them as well.
