Nice setup. My future SIL,s dad has a 23' Carolina. Went striper fishing with him before covid. That crap ruined last yrs trip. Hope it works out this yr. He has a place on lower Potomac. Not many giants but plenty of nice keepers

I'm a mile north of Md line. Most good fishing is a ride for me. Lake Marburg is only 50 miles. I know it has some good fishing i just need water time to figure place out. Recently purchased a DI depth finder to help with that. Have heard about some good striper fishing.
wading the Juanita up river from where it runs into Susquehanna.

I fish in MD, NJ and DE. At least Jersey is still free… the water is always rough. Pictured is my brother-in-law took him out last year and he got sea sick. Had to stay in the bay and he caught this skate

Thanks, old but still good. Yeah last year I didn’t get out much… hoping to change that this year.

I've never been seasick yet. Those things are fun to catch. I caught a big one on last trip. Supposedly good eating. I'd try one. I watched a video on cleaning them. If i go again n get ine I'll get it in the grill somehow. BIL looks like he's having fun. My youngest grandson got sick on his first trip with me. He's ok now n luvs kayaking.

My BIL chummed (his lunch) for me a little before we went in lol. Yeah I thought about trying to keep or use it as bait in strips.

I’m thinking about putting a Minn Kota on the bow so I’ll have access to more lakes… just haven’t been impressed with the fishing to spring for it yet.

Going for eyes Monday at Pymatuming. Been there three times already but water is still too cold. Hoping spawn kicks in soon.

Do you fish the north end in the stumps or near causeway? We used to drift plain nite crawlers. Plan to head there mid June any tips?

The stumps up in the Northern end are snag city. Seems like you spend all day retrying. I’m sure there are eyes in the stumps but tough place to fish. At certain times the causeway bridge is a good spot but not always. I plan to map out the humps I find and try fishing around them. Gotta find something that works. Good luck!

We are kinda new to the area and are looking for good Fly Fishing Streams and creeks. Originally from NC. So a little unfamiliar and places we have found we haven't had much luck. Looking to drive in any direction for a good day of fishing!!! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
