I pick up an Italian sub from our local sub shop. I have them make it dry and pack the veggies and oil separate. I assemble it the morning I go out, but I don't put the oil on it until I am eating it or it just gets soggy. That and a few cans of carbonated water and I'm good to go.

Am I the only one who doesn't get hungry while fishing? I don't usually take any snacks or food along. Cooler in the truck with some bottled water and maybe a beer or two. I stop on the way home or wait til I get there.

I back pack to fishing spots often and one of the simple things I carry is a can of cold ravioli or chips. What things do you guys like to carry?

Kiss: whether I am ice fishing, hiking into the mountains or ATVing, I take leftover pizza in a plastic bag and water. Pizza is durable and water for hydration. It doesn't matter what time of the year it is. Besides, I like pizza.
