Hello fellow fisherman, I am a disabled Vietnam Marine Veteran. I fish in the area of south Texas. This includes Boca Chica Beach and South Padre, Island, Texas. We catch red fish, flounder, black drum, red snapper and grouper. Right now we are having a black drum run for about a month and a half.

Welcome ER. There are several of us disabled Vets on here. And a lot of other Vets here too.
Hack is from the Houston area and we have more from down your way too. Badfisherman lives in Whitney. Hopefully you'll hear from them shortly.

Erasmo Rodriguez: Welcome and thank you for your service? You probably have the best salt water fishing of the entiere state where you live. I have lived in the Valley in the 1960's and thne again in the 1980's so I am familair with those locations. Just Sayin....RJS

Hey neighbor! Welcome to the stage. I'm in Brownsville too (Olmito) and I fish out of Port Isabel quite often. Keep my boat at a Marina over there. I'm retired so I can fish just about as often as I want to. I'd be happy to take you along sometime.
