So do you cook them in the smoker, grill or deep fryer? I have a feeling those would be awesome however you cooked them.

My boys and I used to do “fry night” once in a while. We’d do jalapeños like that only without the bacon, dunked in a batter that was a cup of beer and a cup of flour. We would do wings first, then whatever we could think of dipped in that batter. The last time we did it we fried ice cream and snickers for desert.

No batter. Just garlic bread spread powder added to Cream Cheese then bacon wrapped with toothpicks smoker for about hour at 370. In pellet smoker. Just got the Davy Crockett grill not to long ago. I had the secondary probe in one of the Poppers and temp was about 190 and they were perfect. They are cooked well on this new little stainless rack thing. It came with a tool to clean the peppers. Best of get rid of all seeds and membrane .

Either gas grill or the new pellet grill

They look and sound amazing. I’ll have to try them. That tool is pretty cool, I noticed it right off. When I’ve done my beer battered ones I’ve cut them in an “h” shaped cut got the veins and seeds out and used a piece of string cheese. They’re good, but not bacon wrapped and smoked good.

Also I use thin sliced bacon, it cooks faster

I like to take baby shrimp and mix them with crushed pineapple and cream cheese and stuff peppers with that mix.
