I've never had raspberry rhubarb jam and never seen it in the grocery store. So it's homemade? Would you share your recipe? I make all my own jam tho I don't usually mix fruits in my jams but this sounds interesting. I'll share my loquat jam recipe for it. My loquat jam is close in taste to apple butter with a twang. Don't know if you have loquats in your neck of the wood.

Recipe, 6 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened sliced rhubarb
2 cups raspberries or. 1 12 oz package frozen
1 3 oz package raspberry flavored gelatin not sugar free
In a large pot combine rhubarb and sugar let stand 15 minutes bring to boil boil uncovered for 10 minutes stirring often Add berries return to boiling boil 5 minutes or till thick stirring often. Remove from heat add gelatin stir till devolved put into freezer containers store in freezer
Strawberries and Strawberry gelatin works good too

Thanks for the recipe. Now gotta find rhubarb and get the wife out of the house for a few hours😂😂
