I am new to this site. I moved to AZ a decade ago, and miss the trout from time in Oregon & Cali. Any good tips for trout fishing here?? Where, when, what, etc? Gonna do some urban pond fishing, but nothing like the native trout. Need to get a good stock going. I miss eating trout several times a week, it gives me an unequalled power. It's Awesome for tryn to get into the training routine again. Thank you in advance to any replys. Stay safe & Healthy my friends.

Welcome to the Stage Lionheart. Sorry I can't help you with AZ, but we have a few members out that way. Good luck finding some better trout areas. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Welcome to the stage. I’m in WA right now but normally I’m in Az for the winter. If it’s trout you’re after, you can try any of the city ponds, they stock trout from Oct - Mar. if you’re looking to getting away to east or northeast AZ thre are a bunch of lakes up that way also there’s always Lees Ferry near Page (usually as crowded as aWalmart Parking lot) also the little Colorado near Greer . One more place near Mesa is Salt River, You can also pay to fish on Reservation land. Hope this helps, Take care and good luck
