A Soldeir,A Swabbie and a Marine were stranded on a desert island
the Island was just twenty miles from another island that was populated
So they decided to swim to the populated island
The soldier made it 15 miles ,gave up and drowned
The Swabbie made it almost all the way,but was exausted and he too drowned
The Marine made it 19 and a half miles, decided he was too tired to go further, turned around and swam back to the deserted island

It is true Marines are part of the Navy Department. We are the Men’s Department.

Remember, without Marines who would the other branches look up to as heroes?

Merry Christmas,

Dennis
