Beautiful bird Mike, I've never even seen a picture of a wild turkey with white feathers before. Looks like a bigun too.

Hope you can find him again when he's legal. That's quite a bird.👍

Beautiful bird, Mike. What kind of turkey is it, we don't have that kind around here. We have the Eastern Turkey but they originally came from MO., 39 of them to be exact, in 1971. They bagged 10,000 last year. They are all over the place. The locals don't even bother to hunt them, no challenge and you can't eat them. (MHO). Post a picture when he is dead, Mike.

We have the eastern also. My neighbor had a tame white gobbler and I’ll guess he got with a wild hen.

Thanksgiving dinner is getting closer. Good Luck Mike. Maybe you don't need all the camo blinds and stealthy sneaking around for the Turkey in your yard. Nothing like fresh food from your own yard or neighboring area. You know what it has been feeding on etc is a good thing.

Was watching them birds for a while seen something I've never seen before. A female run around and around that big Tom I bet she ran around him 50 times I never seen anything like that before. I don't know if she was trying to entice him or what lol

Flyguy, have you tried breasting them, cutting into strips and frying them? They are delicious! If you try cooking them like a domestic, you will be disappointed. The legs aren’t too good, but the breasts are awesome.
