So my favorite clear water lake finally opened back up this week. Unfortunately the ramp will only be open 10am to 8pm, actually you can't launch after 5pm. You have to be back at the ramp by 7:30, and off the property by 8(Municipal Water co.) I figured I'd give it a shot anyway.did ok considering the time and wind. 1 Largemouth 1lb 9oz, 2 Smallies 1lb 13oz, and 14oz. Got bit off by pickerel 2x deep and 1more at the boat. Got a couple rock bass, and a 3/4lb bluegill. I guess they like wacky worms too. Don't worry about the bleeding smallie, I put him on the stringer for 10minutes and he was ready to go, all released to catch another day. Maybe tomorrow LOL.

Wasn't too bad Plum, maybe 75 or so, after the storm blew through last night. Stayed breezy all day, and got up to 88 by the time I left at 330 or so. Only 3 of us on the lake this morning, me,an 18ft Tracker, and a Yak guy. One of the trout trollers showed up in the afternoon. May go back tomorrow, our Sunday ride got called off.

Yeah I know Spirit, the summer hedge trimming is overdue. My girl just opened her salon back up. I'll go see her in the next week or 2.

Nice going Fred. I like the beard, not everyone can grow one that good.

Thanks stuco, but it's really pretty thin. I usually get my bi-annual haircut at the end of winter (donate 12inches to Locks of Love) and cut the beard down for summer. Heart problems during the winter, and the damn virus, screwed up my normal schedule. It's coming though.

Hey I'm just jealous buddy. My hair grows about 1/2 inch every 6 months, what I have of it. I start growing my winter coat right around Memorial Day.
