Hey guys (and gals), not sure how to do this or if you are allowed to.....but
I have, from time to time, seen folks asking about inflatable boats. I bought a top of the line Sea Eagle STS10 10’ inflatable 3 years ago with every accessory available, a $400+ Minn Kota saltwater trolling motor and a $200+ AGM battery. I only used it 4 times before having to battle cancer. Won that fight, but left me unable to use the boat. Just tried and I cain’t do it. Would be interested in talking to someone who might be in the need for such a boat, but don’t know if one can advertise on the forum (but guess I already did) or how to communicate with someone that might be interested. Suggestions please. Y’all have a great day and hope you catch some fish

An interested buyer might private message you. Good luck, and good health.

Advertise the boat and motor in your local paper, Craigslist, or state fishing magazines or website. I’m sure there is someone that is looking for a boat like yours. Good luck

Well,,,,,,,,,,, it's good to be a cancer survivor, but it would be nice to use your boat again, you can't win them all and you won the big one. Congrats! Welcome to the Forum!

You might search locally for a buy sell FB blog. We have two or three in my area. So you must have them too. I just finished my course of treatment too with a good result. It does leave you a bit taxed. Good luck!

I sell things all the time on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. They are both free and they work. Just don't tell anyone you will hold it for them until they can come get it - first come, first served.

Also, only take cash and never deliver. And take your listing down after it sells.

Definitely Facebook marketplace. I advertised a free tired but working hot tub and someone came and got it the same day.

Sorry about the boat, but congrats on beating the cancer. Good luck with the sale and be safe.

I use both Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace. You just have to be careful with Craigslist, lots of scammers on there trying to get your personal information. Always communicate thru CL email and never your own. And the latest texting scam is they want to send you a google code that you resend back to them so they know you’re not a robot. Well when you resend it it gives them control of your phone. Just saying.
I’ve had the best luck on Marketplace.

Thx for that info. Don’t know anything about all that stuff, so I appreciate the heads up

Common Craigslist scam is to show up with a check for more than you’re asking, take the item and ask for the difference in cash. They get the item and extra cash and the checks no good.
Take cash only
