BadFisherman responded to my PM and he said that he informed you of what was up with him and thought that you would have been kind enough to relay that message to me but oh no not badbobby. At least now I know that he is safe and will return in the near future.

Your kind of caught between a rock and a hard spot then.
It has been hot up here as well but today's high is only in the 80's.
Where do you go to fish for crappies at night anywhere near you?

plenty of places
Conroe is good crappie lake only an hour away

plenty bass too
but can't get him to go there
he wants to go to Rayburn
but three hours up and three hours back is too much in one day
course it's his boat

How is Mama doing is she OK with you going to Rayburn or not?
Can you catch enough crappies for Mama to have another fish fry at Conroe?

if we went to Rayburn
we would need to spend the night
and I'm not okay with being that far away from Mama for that long

I understand which leaves you between a rock and a hard spot so to speak as far as the crappie fishing goes but Mama is worth more than a few crappies right?
Maybe your son in law can go and catch the crappies for Mama and you stay in Humble.

thirty or more years ago
,Larry(boat owner) had only fished for bream and crappie and catfish
then I taught him to bass fish
he has only been crappie fishin once since
and that was because there were four boats in our crowd and they all wanted to crappie fish
