It's Thursday knuckleheads. Get up. Same weather here all week. 90, hot, humid, chance of showers. Five hour shift today and tomorrow.

I can't believe all the job openings here. Starting pay isn't bad for entry level or experience. No one wants to work. Staff shortage at wife's new job. They would work her 24/7 if she didn't say no. Either they can't find people or don't know how to hire.

Did you hear about the racing snail that got rid of his shell? He thought it would make him faster but it just made him sluggish.

Go forth and fish. I won't. Too many other things get in the way. Oh well. I'll live.

Morning Greg. Good to see you got to sleep in a bit today. Got a giggle from my wife with your joke of the day

Morning Fly. Needed to charge phone first. Morning routine starting at 5:30 - Feed dog, make coffee, make work lunch, make breakfast, take garbage from kitchen out, shower, get dressed, take dog out and assorted other stuff.

Sometimes I don't get to FS until phone charged and those things are done.

More stuff done before 7 am than a lot of folks.

Morning all,
5am here, can't sleep.
Going to be 87 today.
Just sitting here with the cat and listening to the clock ticking.
Such is life at times.
Grandson is learning how to wrap rods and rebuild reels at his job. Next week we're going to take him to get his drivers license.
Stay safe peoples.

Mornin’ Greg,
Dog wanted to get up at 4:17...renegotiated to 4:30, let her out, fed her, made coffee, started answering emails to the offices in Italy and Germany, made breakfast, woke up the Wife, watered the plants and garden (just in case the forecast is wrong 😉). Started a load of laundry in there somewhere. Groundhog Day...again...working from home, but have to go into the office later for awhile. Off tomorrow, though.
Have a good one, y’all. Another day closer to retirement 😂

Just another day, make the best of it as always. Some are just better than others 😉
I’ve heard the mandatory masks may be starting in Dane County (Madison). The big COVID surge from last weekend has begun. Yee hah. Stay safe.

Good morning everyone.

That not wanting to work attitude will change when the unemployment benifits change.

They are making more staying home right now.

That's part of it. I'm not sure some of the people that interview prospective employees have a clue how to ask the right questions. They are looking for a warm body that can pass a background check. I do think the work ethic( or lack thereof), comes into play.

Very true. I am praying only the good ones come back to work when it is time, though. So many out there don’t seem to care, nor understand Customer Service nor follow up with communication of some kind...
I see so many with the attitude that we should be honored they showed up for work today, not that they should be honored to have been hired...
The train left the tracks a long time ago... I could go on, but that is for another time.
Sorry for the rant! Have a safe and blessed day! Give your loved ones a hug, or at least a phone call.

Customer service died years ago. They buried it with logic and common sense.

Morning Greg and y’all.
61 and raining 🌧
Sluggish 😂
My son in law who is hard working, ethical and knows what really good customer service is just got fired because the manager of the store wanted to give his position to her girlfriend. Life sucks sometimes.
