Billy took up Painting and got really good good enough to sell his paintings. He put some in an art gallery and after a few days Billy returned and asked the owner of the gallery, 'Have any of them sold?' Gotta assume the Drs Identity. Hide him long enough figure out a way to fake death. Have an accomplice sell all the paintings somehow for huge money then you go live like the inventor of the Antivirus on an Island... just don’t ever assume you can return to your normal life when you were broke but now have all the big bucks.
