I have experimented with several different fish recipes. I recently had a catfish recipe published by the Wisconsin DNR. Catfish Alfredo. One of the best ways to eat catfish that I've tried. Would welcome any recipes to try. Thanks!

Walleye or perch or any pan fish ,recipe
Egg wash= couple eggs some milk, some beer. Beat with fork
Leave in bowl
Italian seasoned bread crumbs , any kind as long as seasoned.
Place seasoning in bowl.
Place fish filet in egg wash coat both sides good. Place in bread crumbs. Both sides good in crumbs. Place in fryer.
Deep fry in coconut oil at 350 degrees till lightly brown.
Drain on plate with paper towel to get rid of excess oil.
Wallla.
Can do most any food like this.
