My first "real" job I ever had was on a construction site as a hod carrier. Do they even have hod carriers any more? Any way, I was so scrawny my nickname was Bones.

For those one or two youngins that don't know what a hod is. Brick and sometimes mortar carrier.

The up and down rollercoaster can be leveled some if your dr will cut the strength in have and take them more often.

Or if the meds are not extended release and you can cut them your self.

Depends on the dr. and the medication.

Until the use of five gallon buckets and a rope and pulley.

Or forklifts.

Hard for some to believe but it is much easier to carry a bucket in each hand than just 1.

Of any material that will fit in the bucket even dirt.

You fill a five gallon bucket with mortar and carry it across a construction site with trenches and rebar all over the place. Too damn heavy. And no way you're going to make across there in a forklift. The right tool for the job, even if crude.
