I think that I heard that Sturgeon Bay was dyed the color “GREEM & GOLD” when they won the Super Bowl. I have often wondered if there was any truth in that rumor. WWW is there any truth in that rumor? WWW welcome to the forum.

Respectfully Ron -
I think it was “Surgeon Bay” that was “doctored” with those colors to attract “nurse” sharks 🦈. It was quite the “operation”!
Keeping you in “stitches”,
Mickey

Welcome WWW. What part of SE WI. I live in TN now but all but 8 of my 65 in WI. Lived in Appleton, Oshkosh, Fondy, De Pere and Racine. The Pack made plays last night when they needed them. Tough challenge with SF but nobody thought TN would get the AFC game either. Btw, did a lot walleye fishing near Eagle River as a kid and in early 20s. Loved it.

Has a Cleveland Browns fan, I have to say that my second and third favorite teams would be anyone who beats the Patriots, and anyone who beats the Ravens! So I guess that means that Tennessee is both my second and my third favorite team.

I worked at The Daily Citizen in Beaver Dam when I lived in Fondy. Nice little town. How's the fishing on the lake there?
