Homily or not, its risky to go to sleep in church. I heard of a fellow who went sound asleep when his buddy punched him in the ribs and told him the preacher just asked him to stand up and pray to conclude the service. Best day in church ever.

Reminds me of a story in the Bible in Acts 20:7-12. Paul was preaching when a fellow named Eutychus fell asleep. Unfortunately he was sitting in a third floor window. Well, he fell out and died. But.....(the rest of the story) Paul helped pick him up, carry him upstairs, and he came back to life. Hopefully Paul was not so boring in the future. LOL

I've got all the T shirts but don't fish near as much as I would like to. Most of my fishing stories are very short but I guess any day on the water is better than a day at home. Plenty of fish being caught on the pier in Gulf Shores but getting them on the pier in one piece is a challenge. more sharks than you can count.

I don't know if Paul was boring or just long winded. In that story I believe he had been preaching all night. I don't know about you but I can sit down to watch a good movie and after about four hours I fall out the window too.
