I'm sorry, OZ., 15 #'s is not nearly enough. I weighed 208 the last day of my summer retirement job on Oct. 15, and I weighed the other day and I weighed 227. That is about a pound a day, and TG. is coming. I'm going to have cut back on something but it won't be beer. Any ideas?
Oh great one thanks for your insight on weight management. I may keep said calibration formulated until the bakers supply of Randys midnight cookies have been consumed. That is provided Randy shows is white beard at sometime in that long awaited 24 hours. I can only hope he works a little OT.
Fly, eat more fish stay away from the trimmings. Those grits, taters, bread, and 6 pack per fish are your obstacles.

Mornin' OZ. With the scale, I'm just concerned, without the scale, I would worry about it. I think I'll start buying that KUL beer made across the Miss. in Lacrosse, WI. It sells for $4.39 a case or 2 for $7.99. It is a terrible beer, but maybe then I won't drink so much of it. They sell a ton of it up here, has anyone else ever heard of it. I think it is just a local beer.

I might be late, but I will show; With coal........ or something. You best not eat my cookies!!
Oz, we have a digital bathroom scale & I just had a pregnant idea. I'll just take the battery out of it. Fixes that weighing in problem. I probably won't have much of an appetite this Thanks Giving. It's just 3 days after my surgery. The upside to that is all the leftovers I can dig into a day or 2 later. I guarantee you I ain't going to go hungry for 5 days in this land of milk & honey.
