The other day I posted that it was 94 degrees outside. Now it's raining here. 1 1/2 inches so far on my gauge with flash flood warnings. To top that it just started to hail. Crazy.
I think that some of you may have sent your weather my way.

No we haven't, do you want some? Is the 1 1/2" on you garage or in your garage?
Having a hard time sympathizing for you Larry - was in New Hampshire this past weekend - was 13 degrees Saturday morning. There is snow on the ground here that probably won't melt away until spring.
Look at the alternative Larry. Fire / Ice
Quiet the hole saw he has.
Good idea who is feeding all of the cats?
Can't imagine the kick that hole saw would give when it gets bound up. Memory strike here.
Back in the day I was on the top step of a ladder drilling down on a 2 x 4 wall and the 2 1/2" auger bit jumped out of the whole and into my arm pit. Fortunately my heavy flannel shirt bound up the bit while I un plugged the drill with my feet on the top step of the ladder. The worm had made an intent in the pit and black and blue circular rings around it. Moral of the story beside getting someone else to do the drilling, Taller ladder.

New meaning to cat house, be a lot more come spring.
LarryM I'm about 700 miles north of you and we got some strange weather last night. I was sitting watching the TV about 9:00 or saw and noticed a bright flash out the window shortly followed by rolling thunder. Looked outside and it was pouring. Lasted maybe 1/2 hour 45 minutes, then clear as a bell. Our weather here usually comes in from the west and travels east over the mountains, but that one came down from the mountains. Kinda odd.

Kind of crazy weather.
One day 94 degrees then a few days later rain and hail. Quite a swing change in temperature.
I've lived in Seattle and Alaska. I was discharged from the Navy in Portsmouth Virginia, so I'm not a virgin when it comes to cold weather. I moved to the San Diego area and never looked back.
I feel bad for the people in the burned out areas. Now they will have to deal with the mud slides.
I'm still wearing a t-shirt, cargo shorts, and flip flops. Haven't turned on the heater yet either.
Now that I'm retired I can enjoy the rain without having to work in it anymore.
It's still raining here and the wind has picked up. I'm enjoying it.
Supposed to rain here all night thanks to the southwest flow.
Better than snow anytime.

I guess I should have been more specific, it's a rain gauge that's outside. LOL

Sometimes very specific if not things get twisted like in a tornado.
lol
Sometimes they do anyway.
